In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, summeersale.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel orders at any stage prior to delivery. The following guideline will govern whether applicable GST will be collected from the customer on *Discounted Price of products or not.

Guidelines for GST collection where discount is less than 19%
In case of a product with a discount of less than 19%, the net selling price after discount includes the applicable GST.
Guidelines for GST collection where discount is 19% and above
For products with applicable GST rate of 5% or 12%, applicable GST shall be charged over and above the Discounted Price.
For products with applicable GST rate of 18% and above, 50% of the applicable GST rate shall be charged over and above the Discounted Price.

GST collected from the customer is duly deposited with the respective GST Authorities having jurisdiction and/or adjusted as per the applicable GST Act and Rules.
Price after discount (i.e. discounted price) should not be treated as the revised MRP. The discount % shown on MRP is only for the purpose of calculating the discount amount and GST is charged as explained above.
For the purpose of invoicing on the Website, Discounts shall include Coupons, Cashbacks, Cart offers, Promotional offers, or any other offer which results in a reduction in the regular MRP.
For any discounted product, the GST collected from the customer will be displayed in the Cart. If a Customer avails a discount through Coupons, GST, if applicable, on a transaction will be applicable only upon confirmation of the Coupon and the GST amount will be visible directly on the checkout page. The amount of taxes shown at the cart level is an estimate. The actual GST amount may vary depending on the GST amount collected from the customer as per this guideline.
In the case of returned or undelivered orders, whether in part or in full, the user will not be eligible to avail the offer that was used to purchase the original order. The refund provided will not include the benefits of the offer. If the returned product(s) were part of a free offer, such as “Buy 2 get 1 free” or “Buy 1 get 1 free,” all products related to the offer must be returned as they were purchased as part of a group offer.
